For bathing, dissolve 1–2 cups of flakes in a warm bath. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes. For foot care, dissolve 1/2 a cup in warm water, and soak your feet for 10 minutes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
